By creating an account and using KAKI.llc services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KAKI.llc.

2. Services Description

KAKI.llc provides a suite of AI-powered productivity tools for solo developers and small teams, including:

• Write — AI writing assistant & text polisher
• Pitch — AI pitch deck outline generator
• Repurpose — AI content repurposing tool
• Shield — Plain-English contract explainer
• Resume — AI resume optimizer
• CoverLetter — AI cover letter generator
• Campaign — AI email campaign planner
• SnapCopy — AI social caption generator

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use paid features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use KAKI services to:

• Generate spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform
• Upload malware or other harmful code

5. Paid Subscriptions & Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through PayPal. Refunds are available in accordance with our Refund Policy. Subscription prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you generate using KAKI tools. KAKI retains ownership of the platform, underlying software, and branding. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

7. Third-Party AI Providers

KAKI's AI features are powered by third-party AI service providers. Your use of AI-generated content is subject to the terms of those providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

KAKI SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. USE OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAKI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KAKI, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware, USA.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
